Job Description
The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering a coordinated approach to client support and intervention. The individual will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and reviewing individualised support/intervention programmes for clients according to service standards.
Increase awareness, education, and understanding of Asperger Syndrome / ASD Non-ID among professionals and the wider community. Collaborate with clients, document all client engagement, intervention, support plans, progress notes, reports referrals to agreed professional standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of one year's experience working in the field of disability, education, or training.
* A third-level degree in Social Care, Education, or Health.
* A progressive understanding of ASD non-ID, including Asperger's Syndrome / High Functioning Autism.

Work in a confidential team working environment, which includes lone working arrangements. Typical working hours are between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Flexibility regarding evening and Saturday working is required.
Attend training as deemed appropriate by management as and when required and participate in continuing professional development including in-service training (ASD), attending, and presenting at conferences/courses relevant to practice.
