We are hiring a Head Chef to join our team in Curam Care Home.
The Head Chef will have responsibility for managing our Kitchen team and ensuring the preparation of nutritious well-balanced meals for residents, always ensuring that the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are provided throughout Curam Care homes.
Requirements
* Current HACCP Level 1 and 2 is desirable, however training will be provided in advance of your start date.
* Demonstrable experience as a Chef in a care home setting is an advantage.
* Good standard of verbal and written English.
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
