About the Role:
* Solutions Excellence: Drive digital transformation initiatives to streamline buying processes, identify and implement innovative technology solutions, and develop a multi-year digital roadmap for global procurement.
* Technology Integration & Operations: Oversee the integration and optimization of technology platforms, including ERP systems, procurement solutions, and digital tools.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with leadership and operational teams to manage program and project execution, applying leading change, risk, and resource management practices.
* Project and Organizational Change Management: Advance departmental project management and change leadership discipline, guiding stakeholder mapping, change readiness, and impact assessment.
* Process Design and Continuous Improvement: Responsible for continuous improvements to performance metrics, programs/processes, and innovations to achieve higher levels of business impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive relevant experience in program or change management roles and source-to-pay experience.
* An exceptional track record of applying procurement principles, concepts, best practices, and standards.
* In-depth knowledge of procurement technology platforms and industry practices.
* A track record of success leading cross-functional reengineering or process improvement efforts.
* Superior communication, presentation, and change leadership skills.
