Job Overview
Supporting the development phasing, infrastructure planning and statutory approvals is a key aspect of this role. This involves leadership and people management to drive site delivery teams across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills with the ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing site teams. They should have excellent contractual knowledge including RIAI, Design & Build, and developer agreements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years' experience delivering building projects in Ireland.
* Strong background with a developer or main building contractor delivering residential housing or apartment schemes.
* Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent contractual knowledge (RIAI, Design & Build, and developer agreements).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing site teams.
* Deep understanding of Irish Building Regulations, BC(A)R, and quality management systems.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to plan strategically, solve problems early and drive performance across all stages of delivery.
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
