Job Description:
The role of the Training Support Administrator is a critical one in ensuring that employees receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively. This position involves providing support in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Site Training System. The Training Support Administrator will also be responsible for providing training support associated with the governance of the Training system.
This includes assisting in the creation and management of site procedures in accordance with site Training SOP. Additionally, the Training Support Administrator will work with other GMP system owners/administrators on interfaces with the training administration system. They will also manage curriculum creation and maintenance, learning plan management, qualification management, and individual training history maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced MS Office applications
* Training database administration
* Experience with Veeva Vault and LMS systems
* Familiarity with cGMPs requirements
* Strong organizational skills – ability to handle/prioritize multiple projects and requests
