Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Supervisor located in the Cork Metropolitan Area. The Guest Relations Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, including managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly to exceed guest expectations. Additional responsibilities involve coordinating reservations, overseeing front office activities, and leading the guest relations team to uphold high standards of hospitality and service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Guest Relations and exceptional ability to build lasting relationships with guests.
* Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
* Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and create memorable guest experiences.
* Proficiency in Reservations management and knowledge of hotel booking systems.
* Experience with Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, and staff supervision.
* Leadership and team management abilities to lead and motivate the guest relations team.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
* Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
* A degree or certification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
