Job Title: Field Sales Specialist
About the Role:
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a driven and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets by formulating and implementing effective business development plans in conjunction with our Business Development Manager.
* Deliver and execute our Annual Operating Plan, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all KPIs.
* Built strong relationships in-store with all parties, effectively servicing your territory and maximizing efficiency through journey planning.
* Ensure orders are generated and influenced in line with KPIs, while continuously updating training processes to ensure best practice.
* Effectively communicate policies, qualities, standards, and promotions to internal and external contacts.
* Conduct audits where appropriate to ensure high standards and accurate reporting are maintained.
Requirements:
* Full clean driving licence.
* 2-3 years of Field Based selling experience preferably with Branded Food Products in Dunnes Stores.
* Demonstrates skills in achieving sales targets.
* Proven track record in delivering sales targets month on month.
* FMCg experience would be an advantage for this role.
* CAN-do attitude.
* Strong personality and great resilience.
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to influence others.
* Results-driven with a strong commercial acumen.
