Maintenance Manager / Supervisor Dungannon area An excellent opportunity to join a leading NI FMCG business (non-meat) as their new Maintenance Manager to drive engineering excellence across their state-of-the-art production facilities.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will be leading and managing the engineering department, which will include; Leading maintenance team Driving reliability and efficiency across production equipment and site infrastructure Developing and executing a preventative maintenance strategy Managing capital projects, installations, and equipment upgrades Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., H&S, engineering standards) Driving continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis of equipment downtime Managing engineering budgets and procurement of spares and equipment What we are looking for An experienced engineering professional (min.
