Business Growth Manager


Role Overview:

This Territory Sales role encompasses Northern Ireland and Donegal, focusing on key accounts in Salons, Clinics, and Hotels. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience and a genuine passion for skincare.


Key Responsibilities:

* Account Development: Secure new business opportunities through presentations to potential clients within your designated territory.
* Performance Targets: Collaborate with clinic managers to set achievable goals and provide them with the necessary tools to succeed, ultimately driving sales growth for our brands.
* Strategic Planning: Utilise Phocas software reporting system to gain a deep understanding of your assigned accounts, enabling you to develop tailored strategies to enhance their performance.
* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for each account, providing updates on new products, treatments, marketing materials, company news, answering queries, and proactively offering insights that drive product development.
* Inventory Management: Ensure all accounts maintain adequate product inventories, proper treatment product stock, and a strong presence of marketing collateral.
* Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor and report on competitor activity within your territory.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on territory performance through frequent communication with your sales manager and via weekly CRM reports.
* Brand Promotions: Work closely with stockists to implement brand-driven campaigns that stimulate their business growth.
* Training and Events: Attend regular brand training sessions to stay current with brand knowledge, while also ensuring your account teams receive the necessary training to excel in their roles.
* Social Media: Collaborate with stockists on planning, organisation, and execution of events, with occasional hosting of key events.
* Brand Awareness: Educate stockists on leveraging social media to increase brand visibility.
* Performance Metrics: Focus on meeting agreed-upon performance indicators as established by your sales manager.
