Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting an experienced and driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead and manage all food and beverage operations within a well-established four-star hotel in North Co.Kildare.
This is a senior management role, ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for service excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing restaurant, bar, banqueting, and event operations, ensuring high standards of service, profitability, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and banqueting Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, service, and presentation Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and maximise profitability Oversee budgeting, stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to develop menus, promotions, and events Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional working culture Candidate Requirements Proven experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or senior F B role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality environment Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and compliance requirements Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings What's on Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Opportunity to work with a respected and established hotel brand Supportive senior management team Career development and progression opportunities A dynamic and professional working environment Apply today or contact Sarah Strachan (Head of Hospitality) on *********** #retailcareer
