As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive timely and effective assistance with their needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting corporate and commercial clients, planning events and launches, demonstrating technical capabilities to new customers, resolving queries/issues from existing clients, supporting communications campaigns, analyzing competitor/market activities, assisting design teams with customer post-campaign feedback, and providing project management support to the wider management team.
