We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining debtors and creditors, posting purchase and sales invoices, and completing bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of debtor and creditor records
2. Posting of purchase and sales invoices
3. Bank postings and completion of bank reconciliations
4. Dealing with supplier queries
5. Assisting the financial controller in preparing monthly and annual accounts
6. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar role
* Property or construction industry experience desired
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
