About Your New Job
Ensure the smooth running of the Helpdesk
: Work as part of the helpdesk support team to manage client interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Client Communication
: Answer calls and emails from clients, and coordinate emergency callouts with staff and mobile engineers.
Data Management
: Process and store data related to service calls, maintenance visits, and daily sign-offs.
Scheduling and Coordination
: Schedule maintenance visits, manage access issues, and liaise with specialist sub-contractors to ensure compliance with client specifications.
Documentation and Reporting
: Ensure maintenance reports and paperwork meet standards, issue maintenance and daywork invoices, and manage risk assessments and safety documentation.
Operational Support
: Work with operations managers to improve helpdesk activities and maintain training records for engineering staff.
What Skills You Need
Excellent Communication Skills
: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
Min 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced working office environment.
Advanced MS Office skills.
