The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team in one of our instore departments, ensuring they deliver a world-class customer experience. They will also take pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with store managers to achieve sales targets and drive store performance to its maximum potential;
* Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and development opportunities;
* Maintain high levels of visual display presentation throughout the department;
* Ensure all areas of customer service delivery meet company expectations.
