Leadership Opportunity
As an Air & Sea Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving daily operations and strategic growth initiatives. Your key objectives will include overseeing financial performance, customer engagement, compliance, and people management across our Air & Sea product.
* Lead the branch to achieve robust revenue growth while maintaining control over costs.
* Develop and execute operational plans to ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global standards.
* Build strong relationships with carriers, co-loaders, and internal product teams to drive collaboration and mutual benefit.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive departmental KPIs: On-Time Performance, File Quality, Gross Profit, Job Closure Discipline, and Days to Invoice.
You will spearhead operational excellence, drive business expansion, and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class service to customers and partners.
