The SCA’s remit covers personal injury and third‑party property damage risks and claims relating to various State authorities. Role involves supporting the State Claims Agency in its statutory claims management and risk management functions.Role SummaryThe Clinical Litigation Unit within the State Claims Agency is seeking to recruit a locum Clinical Litigation Solicitor.
