Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Speech and Language Therapy Manager to provide leadership and strategic direction for our growing SLT department.
* Lead and manage the SLT team, ensuring high standards of clinical care and quality service delivery.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines to drive quality improvement and efficiency.
* Collaborate with other discipline managers to foster a collaborative working environment and contribute to organisational goals.
Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, create effective caseload management systems, and build an understanding of the role and contribution of SLT within the organisation.
Service Development: Lead initiatives to improve access, equity, and quality of SLT services, participate in transformation programmes, and foster a learning culture amongst staff.
Key Responsibilities:
