Overview

If so, this temporary opportunity on our Supply Chain team could be the one for you. In this role, you will lead the relationship and service delivery for partners and customers, delivering an accurate demand signal and managing its execution to meet service metrics from order capture to delivery. The role will also focus on driving strategy execution, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and establish effective Sales and Operational Planning processes with key customers to proactively manage the supply chain.
* Lead order fulfilment processes, including order capture, processing (including credit considerations), delivery, shipment execution, complaints management, and product lifecycle activities such as new product launches.
* Collaborate with supply chain teams and cross-functional partners to develop mechanisms that improve service delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness, including backordering management, allocations, PSD alignment, and Vendor Direct optimisation.
* Partner with the Support Centre Supply Chain to execute strategic initiatives like Digital Agenda, Segmentation, Demand Signal Enhancement, and Innovation Speed, aligned with organizational goals.
* Drive productivity in customer management by identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives, championing simplification, automation, and cost/time savings.
* Develop and lead a team of 5, providing coaching and training to meet strategic and operational targets. Contribute to organizational structure evolution to support business and career development and enhance organizational health.
* Build capability strategies for customer-facing teams and oversee activities that promote organizational health of these teams.
Qualifications
* Essential Skills: Strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational, with account management, supply planning, and relationship skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a matrix organization and engaging with senior stakeholders. Proven track record in change initiatives and project delivery, including budget, timeline, and stakeholder management. Ability to balance tactical and strategic priorities, with strong analytical and soft skills. Significant SAP experience. Experience managing and developing teams. Resilient with a positive attitude.
