Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we combine the best of both worlds: in‑person time and remote. We encourage flexibility while maintaining a strong community. For most roles, we expect employees to spend at least 50% of their time in the office or in the field each quarter, with opportunities to gather with teams for important moments. Remote “home office” roles can also join in our offices for key events.
