Trainee Manager

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Manager to join our client, a well-established and successful retailer in Kildare.

Responsibilities of this Trainee Manager:
1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
3. Lead and motivate team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service.
4. Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
5. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Contribute to staff training and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements of this Trainee Manager:
7. Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or team lead role.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
10. Ambition to develop within a managerial position.
11. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
