Key Role: Breakfast Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced breakfast professional to join our hotel team.
The main purpose of this role is to oversee the smooth operation of the busy breakfast shift and prepare for meetings and events that occur in the morning and early lunchtime, as well as afternoon tea.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager or supervisor in a 4- or 5-star property and take pride in delivering high-quality service to guests. They must have excellent team leadership, motivation, communication, and organizational skills.
Main Duties Include:
* Oversee the smooth running of the busy breakfast service
* Ensure the F&B team consistently deliver high-quality standards of guest service
* Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
* Work with the F&B Manager and other Heads of Department within the hotel to ensure the smooth running of early morning meetings and events
* Other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
