* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including floor management, customer service, and staff scheduling.
* Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
* Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies, food, and beverages.
* Monitor financial performance, control costs, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with chefs and marketing teams for menu planning, promotions, and events.
* Create a positive work environment and maintain high employee engagement.
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance, sales, and labor.
