We are looking for an Associate Director of Commercial Launch & Project Management to lead product launches across our international markets, with a strong focus on the European Union. In this role, you’ll partner with global and regional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver launches that bring innovative therapies to patients, connecting teams, managing timelines, and ensuring launches stay on track from early planning through execution.
A Typical Day
Leading early planning for international product launches 12–18 months ahead
Defining launch scope, resources, and budgets with brand teams
Coordinating stakeholders across regions and functions
Building and managing launch timelines, tracking progress and dependencies
Running kick‑off meetings and ongoing launch discussions
Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and keeping delivery on track
Driving problem‑solving and escalating key issues when needed
Sharing clear updates on status, risks, and timelines with leadership

To be considered, you should bring at least 10 years of experience in commercial launch planning, ideally within pharma or biotech, along with a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred). You’ll need strong experience with project management tools (including MS Project) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience managing international launches across matrix teams is essential, while a PMP certification and exposure to AI tools are a plus.
