About the Role
The Finance Operations team is responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, reporting and compliance while driving continuous improvement and strategic collaboration.
* This role will oversee month-end close activities, reconciliations and control processes to ensure financial accuracy.
You will work closely with business units to monitor and validate cost allocations. This involves:
* Project accounting and fixed asset activities management.
* Collaboration with IT to resolve project accounting system issues and improve processes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing financial reports for grants, contracts and capital benchmarking activities as well as providing key information to external auditors. You must possess strong Excel skills together with solid analytical problem-solving skills and relationship building abilities.
