Fresh Food Operations Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fresh Food Operations Manager to elevate and develop fresh food teams and offerings across our extensive network of stores.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist store managers in driving overall group performance while training and developing employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. To ensure the highest level of quality control across the deli department by implementing operational improvements and maintaining rigorous food safety standards.
3. To collaborate closely with store teams to design innovative menus that cater to changing consumer demands.
4. Able traveller or holder able work regular variable shifts as required by role. Drive works effectively between sites varying hours without wastage including any administrative tasks having ability access variety tools provided for tracking against deadlines requiring certification HACCP qualified
