What You'll Do
* Define and communicate your squad's mission, inspiring clarity and focus
* Serve as the voice of the customer, anticipating and prioritising their needs
* Drive iterative delivery, measure performance, and remove impediments
* Balance quality, cost, and timelines to achieve business goals
* Lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
What You'll Bring
* 8-10 years' experience in product management, product development, or systems development
* Strong knowledge of contact center technologies (voice, email, chat)
* Agile experience and a track record of iterative delivery
* The ability to influence, motivate, and build high-performing teams
