Sales Manager Job Description
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager is an integral part of the commercial operations, responsible for developing business relationships with existing key account sites and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to increase sales revenue and market share.
* Work closely with Client Engineering Lead and onsite Contractors to promote and specify product range within projects.
* Handle customer technical and commercial queries, resolving any issues promptly.
* Provide product presentations and training on products and solutions within the portfolio.
* Liaise with suppliers on technical and commercial issues, ensuring timely delivery of quotations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve specific turnover targets in terms of Turnover and Margin for all sales.
* Meet individual targets for Key Accounts, fostering strong working relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong existing customer relationships and a proven track record in industrial electrical sales.
* Industrial electrical industry experience essential, with knowledge of relevant products and technologies.
* A high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work proactively as part of a team.
* A highly motivated and ambitious individual looking to build their career in a growing company.
* Full, clean drivers' license, with ability and willingness to travel.
