Senior Systems Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Triage and resolve queries and tickets relating to FMS, providing prompt and effective ticket management that meet predefined service-level standards.
* Engage with users throughout the ticket/incident resolution process, providing regular progress updates throughout.
* Elevate specific incidents to relevant parties when necessary.
* Administer and maintain user access and removal requests, managing permissions based on user roles and responsibilities.
* Perform various data management tasks including maintenance of master data, archival of data and management of data control and validation rules to safeguard data integrity across systems.
The successful candidate shall possess strong MS Office and MS Excel skills, have fundamental Management & Delivery skills (Communication, Relationship Management, Proactivity, Decision-Making), and proficient Business skills relating to competencies like customer service.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a degree qualification in a Finance, IT or related discipline.
* Have relevant experience working with ERP systems and/or industry-leading ITSM solutions (preferably ServiceNow).
* Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
