About the Role:
* As a Personal Lines Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
* You will conduct research to identify potential new clients or markets and stay up-to-date with industry publications and attend relevant events.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management abilities and be able to work well in a team environment.
* You will also be responsible for reviewing accounts receivable to identify outstanding balances and sharing insights with colleagues and clients to enhance market understanding.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year insurance experience is required, with APA or CIP qualifications and CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
