Job Title: Operations Excellence Manager

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliable operation of all company equipment, with a focus on minimizing downtime and disruptions.
\
You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that meet the highest standards, responding promptly to facility and equipment breakdowns, alarms, and system failures. Your expertise will also be invaluable in driving continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance procedures.
\
Additionally, you will oversee resource allocation to facilitate effective maintenance operations, as well as manage spare parts inventory and contracts to ensure seamless support for production equipment and other essential systems.
\
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for outage planning and execution, ensuring these are completed safely and efficiently. You will maintain accurate records related to your work and perform routine checks, inspections, and audits as required.
\
Your administration skills will be key in utilizing CMMS maintenance software to administer the Preventive Maintenance program, ensuring its completeness and effectiveness.
\

Key Requirements:
\

1. A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a management role, preferably in manufacturing/production settings.
\
2. Proven expertise in Alan Bradley PLC's, Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet & Profibus communications protocols.
\
3. Familiarity with BMS, SCADA process control systems for process and fault diagnosis.
\
4. Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office, ERP/CRM, and Outlook.
\
5. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical process plant and associated maintenance activities.
\
6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
\
7. Able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on health and safety.
\
8. Ambitious and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving targets and improving processes.
\
9. A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
\
10. Professional certifications or licenses may be advantageous.
\
11. Flexible working hours, with regular evening shifts and occasional weekend work.
