Killaloe Hotel & Spa is a 4-star boutique hotel focused on customer service & guest experience. We have a busy spa & rooms department but we are looking to add to our food & beverage department.
Responsibilities
* Supervise the operational and financial success of the Food & Beverage.
* A hands on approach with a focus on guest service, training and leading the team daily in operations.
* Daily supervision of the Bar, Restaurant, and C&B operations and personnel.
* Support/supervise hotel events to ensure exceptional service at all times.
* Assist with the training of new employees.
* Ensure that all meals and beverages are delivered on time and to the acceptable standards.
* To lead & direct service in all outlets.
* To liaise with head Chef and sales manager on sales promotions/menus.
Qualifications
* F&B Knowledge.
* Supervisory Experience In a Hotel Essential.
* C&B experience essential – experience with weddings/functions.
* Excellent customer service.
* 5 shifts over 7 days.
* Teamwork food & beverage conference & banqueting management cashing up experience.
* Staff Supervision friendly Cash Handling hotel experience.
