Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in our Kilkenny HQ. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost control on Data Centre Fitout and Modular Projects with values exceeding €10 million. Responsibilities include managing and planning project costs and cash flow, vendor appointment, monthly valuations, subcontractor/supplier payments, and detailed cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves tender documentation, contract administration, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient cost management.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
* Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
* Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Knowledge of construction and building regulations
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
