We are seeking a Payroll Business Systems Specialist to join our team.
* The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional system solutions.
* The successful candidate will lead requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis for Workday and related HR/payroll systems.
* This role requires collaboration with external systems integrators and implementation partners, managing system changes through established change management processes, and developing and maintaining detailed process maps, system documentation, and data flow diagrams.
Responsibilities include identifying automation and improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle, partnering with HR, Payroll and WFM process owners, and managing system changes through established change management processes.
