The role is extremely varied dealing with and negotiating on all property types throughout the country.
The surveyors responsibilities can range from: Inspecting properties Budgeting land/property costs for projects, Advising on negotiation strategies, Engaging in negotiations acquisitions with/or for property owners Attending and presenting at Oral Hearings / Arbitrations Qualifications Proven previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.
Chartered Surveyor or training to be (or similar qualification) Full driving license Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc Skills: Inspecting properties Budgeting land/property cost Budgeting land/property costs for projects, Engaging in negotiations acquisitions Attending and presenting at arbitrations Benefits: pension bonus
