CSA Project Manager | Permanent | Hybrid A well established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with over 30 years of industry experience is seeking a CSA Project Manager to join their growing team in Dublin. This is a senior, client-facing role with full project lifecycle ownership across Ireland's pharma and industrial sectors. The Role As CSA Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of multidisciplinary design projects, acting as the primary coordinator across Architecture, Civil/Structural and Mechanical & Electrical disciplines. This is a project management led role, not primary design production, with responsibility for coordinating and overseeing design delivery from concept through to completion. You will report to Directors and manage projects ranging from large-scale new builds to extensions, refurbishments and fit-out works within live operational industrial and pharmaceutical facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary design teams through the full project lifecycle Manage client relationships with accountability for satisfaction, profitability and repeat business Take ownership of project financial performance; fee management, cost tracking, forecasting and commercial risk mitigation Deliver projects within an established PM framework including structured governance, BIM/CDE coordination, formal reporting and defined stage deliverables Manage design information flow including RFIs, queries and communications Oversee preparation of tender and contract documentation and administer building contracts Attend and lead client review meetings and internal design meetings Manage sub-consultants and coordinate multidisciplinary responses to contractor RFIs Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery plans Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal CPD Essential: Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering Accredited professional certification in Project Management (PMI, IPM or equivalent) Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary design teams Strong knowledge of Irish statutory requirements and procedures Desirable: Chartered or registered status (RIAI / Engineers Ireland) Experience working in industrial or pharmaceutical environments At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
