As a Barclays Private Banker, you will be responsible for growing, managing, and maintaining a portfolio of ultra-high net worth and family office clients in the Central Eastern European region. You should have an established network of contacts and actively leverage it to develop the Private Bank’s presence in this market. The role involves working as part of a team to achieve targets for new client acquisition, asset growth, credit, investment acquisitions, and revenue. Fluency in English and other regional languages is required, along with experience in controlling and monitoring risk within a client portfolio.
The primary location for this role is Dublin.

2. Enhance the bank's digital capabilities when current technology is insufficient.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and efficiently handling client requests.
4. Support internal stakeholders, including sales, operational, and risk management teams, to meet client needs and ensure accurate and timely transaction execution.
5. Assist teams within the business operations, including risk management, compliance, and collections.
6. Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care.
