Our Dublin teamis nowlooking for a Social Media Specialist with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and community building and a curiosity for how AI can enhance the process.
This role blends the fundamentals of social media craft, planning, shooting, editing, writing, and engaging communities with a future-facing mindset. You’ll act as an early adopter and tester of new tools, helping us work smarter and faster while keeping brand storytelling and creativity at the centre.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
* Plan and deliver social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Shoot and edit short-form videos, using editing and motion graphics tools to produce content quickly and creatively.
* Design on-brand visuals and assets, with support from generative design tools where appropriate.
* Write and optimise captions, testing variations to maximise engagement.
* Build smarter workflows to streamline repetitive creative tasks.
Community Engagement & Influencer Management
* Monitor and engage with communities, prioritising responses based on sentiment and relevance.
* Research and identify influencers that align with brand voice and audience fit.
* Develop and manage influencer briefs, ensuring smooth collaboration from start to finish.
Analytics, Optimisation & Trend Tracking
* Track and report on campaign performance, extracting insights from analytics platforms.
* Spot emerging content trends, sounds, and hashtags in real time to keep content relevant.
* Translate insights into clear recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Innovation
* Work closely with editorial, creative, and performance teams to integrate insights into campaigns.
* Act as an early adopter and tester of new tools and workflows, sharing best practices with the wider team.
What You Bring
* 2–3 years of agency or brand-side social media experience (or demonstrable equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with awareness of emerging platforms.
* Video filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Runway, Pika Labs an advantage).
* Hands-on experience with scheduling and monitoring tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
* Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
* Passion for social media, creative experimentation, and emerging tech.
* Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance creative output and workflows.
* Bonus: experience in fast-paced consumer industries (tourism, events, hospitality, lifestyle, or FMCG).
* Native-level English proficiency.
