Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert support to our financial planners and colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
2. Review and verify documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
3. Manage and maintain accurate client records using CRM software.
4. Liaise with external partners to ensure efficient case management.
5. Prepare and manage client files and reports with high attention to detail.
6. Contribute to the administration of the new business pipeline and processes.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
9. Respond to client and internal queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role, ideally in financial services.

* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
