Key responsibilities include managing the procurement process for large-scale construction projects. This involves sourcing and pre-qualifying contractors, preparing and issuing tenders, conducting commercial and technical evaluations, chairing clarification meetings, leading negotiations, and preparing recommendation reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
 * 20+ years of experience in EPCM projects;
 * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Engineering;
 * Strong legal grounding in construction contracts;
 * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
