Our client is an Irish-founded company in the childcare industry, located in Blanchardstown, County Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Manager to join their team.
This role would be on a hybrid working model, with 1 day in the office per week.
About Your New Job
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, probation review, contract management, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, benefits administration and offboarding.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning across the team
* Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll related data
* Act as primary escalation points for ER issues
* Coach, support, and guide the HR team and regional managers in handling performance, conduct absence, and welfare matters
* Manage the learning and development needs of the organisation
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning and pipeline management
* Lead the implementation of engagement initiatives, wellbeing campaigns and facilitate continuous feedback surveys
* Own the maintenance HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are updated and align with Irish employment law
* Ensure HRIS data is GDPR compliant and accurate
* Represent HR on relevant working committees and projects
What Skills You Need
* Minimum 5 years in a senior HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Manager role
* Experience within a multi-site environment would be ideal
* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law
* Hands-on experience with complex employee relations issues
* A valid, full driving license would be advantageous
* CIPD qualification would be desirable
