The Role
1. Oversee site safety and quality
2. Manage subcontractors and daily site operations
3. Track progress and report weekly
4. Inspect works from foundations to final finishes
5. Support site meetings and ensure project targets are met
6. Take part in Toolbox talks & sign off trade work
7. Promote health & safety on site
8. Complete subcontractor inductions
9. Manage snagging process & unit handovers
What You'll Need
10. Trade background
11. Experience as a Finishing Foreman on a medium-large scale development
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Proven track record with contractors and housing projects
