Role Purpose
The position focuses on developing and implementing engaging
video content strategies
across social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on
YouTube
and
TikTok
. The role also includes contributing to visual content production and supporting the photography function during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a
video content strategy
including concept creation, moodboards, and scheduling.
* Manage
YouTube and TikTok channels
, including content creation, posting, descriptions, and optimization.
* Produce
high-quality, platform-appropriate video content
on a consistent basis.
* Plan and schedule regular video releases in line with engagement and growth goals.
* Build and engage an
online community
, responding to messages and comments and fostering authentic connections.
* Manage or troubleshoot
technical issues
related to content platforms when necessary.
* Provide hands-on
support to photography production
, including assisting with shoots, image selection, and editing.
Required Skills & Experience
* Bilingual in English and French
(mandatory).
* Proven experience with
YouTube and TikTok
content creation and management.
* Strong
video editing
skills with proficiency in relevant software.
* Solid understanding of
photography and image editing
tools (Lightroom, Photoshop).
* Creative mindset
with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt trends.
* Highly
organized, detail-oriented

* Previous experience in
luxury, fashion, or creative industries
