Project Cost Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Manager to oversee the financial aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a relevant qualification, with 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies.
* Analyze costs, monitor expenditures, and produce financial reports to ensure project delivery within budget and timeframe.
* Administer contracts, variations, change control, and dispute resolution processes.
* Prepare and submit valuations, payment applications, and certificates.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or relevant qualification.
* 7+ years of experience in a Project Cost Management role.
* Professional accreditation (RICS or CIOB) is desired.
* Experience working with Tier 1 Main or M&E Contractors is essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and COINS software.
