Exciting Career Opportunity for German-Speaking Business Development Specialists
Are you a motivated German speaker looking to build a career in sales, negotiation, and business development within an international company?
We are currently hiring German-speaking Business Development Specialists to join a growing team based in Dublin city centre (Dublin 2).
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, commercial drive, and a motivated personality — especially those who enjoy outbound communication, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients and property owners across the German market
Building relationships and managing negotiations from first contact through to agreement stage
Managing your own pipeline and sales activity
Conducting communication via phone, email, and video meetings
Working closely with internal teams in a collaborative international environment
Updating and maintaining accurate client information within internal systems
What are we looking for?
Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
Previous experience in sales, business development, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a high-performing team
What’s on offer?
€35,000 base salary
Uncapped commission structure (€10K–€20K+ additional earning potential)
Permanent full-time role
