Junior & Senior Chef de Partie Roles :
Essential Skills :
* Must be reliable and flexible to work midweek and weekends
* Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
* Have a passion for and genuine interest in food and new trends.
* Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
* Be a team player.
* Excellent work ethic
* Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
* Fully HACCP trained with a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
* Passionate about food and creative about menu development.
* Minimum 2 years experience at this level.
* Shortlisted candidates maybe called for a trial day to show us what you can do.
* Candidates must be able to legally work full-time in Ireland & available to start within 2-3 weeks of successful appointment.
