Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients.
Responsibilities include validating and inputting data, checking inputted data for accuracy, handling customer inquiries, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
You will work closely with the operations team to achieve business goals and objectives. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of Irish payroll regulations, including statutory payments and pension plans
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
