Operational Excellence Lead
This role will spearhead and embed a culture of continuous improvement and capabilities within the manufacturing sector.
* The successful candidate will lead the deployment and execution of Operational Excellence strategy across the site.
* As a change agent, this individual will foster a mature culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a Site KPI Dashboard to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability with tiered performance management boards.
2. Support the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews with site KPI dashboard, Operational Excellence, and strategy execution updates.
Essential Requirements:
* Degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 5 years in an Operational Excellence role.
* Possess Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
