Description
* First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts
Key Responsibilities
* Focus on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems
* Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues
* Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI's and achieve targets
* Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
* Considerable attention to detail desired
* Have excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner
* Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage
What we offer
* Progression to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with the help of our Training, mentor Program, and guidance from our supervisors.
* €27,000 basic salary with a €5,000 bonus structure.
