Experienced Chef de Partie in DAX Restaurant - Immediate Start, 4 Days a Week
We are now recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our professional team. The position is based at DAX Restaurant with a close on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Main Responsibilities of the Role Include:
* Assisting the head chef and sous chef in maintaining high standards of quality, service, presentation, and cleanliness.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience required.
* Ensuring the highest quality standards in your section.
* Cooking with the best Irish ingredients.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
* HACCP trained.
* Passionate about creating great food.
* Meticulous about attention to detail regarding food service (quality, portion size, presentation, and consistency).
* Highly motivated and flexible.
* Proactive in health and safety and food hygiene.
