EHS Administrator We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Department within an engineering company. This role will be based Dublin. Responsibilities: Maintain and update Health & Safety (H&S) records Process and securely file accident/incident reports Track H&S training attendance and completion status Respond to H&S related emails and internal queries Keep noticeboards up to date with safety communications and alerts Support site inductions, ensuring all required documentation is completed Monitor and follow up on outstanding corrective actions from inspections or audits Assist with preparing reports and materials for H&S meetings Schedule training sessions, toolbox talks and other safety events Compile statistics on incidents, near misses, and safety observations Liaise with departments to chase overdue documents Maintain up-to-date contractor H&S documentation and approval records Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (preferably in H&S or compliance) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Benefits: Salary €30k - €35k DOE Pension Annual bonus (5 - 10%) Company provided laptop If you are an EHS Administrator who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
